REFORMER
1. module
Introduction to the Method
Philosophy, functional anatomy, and biomechanics of breathing and trunk stabilization (intra-abdominal pressure, IAP). Focus on detailed client assessment, identifying dysfunctional patterns (posture, breathing, movement), and improving them through proper stabilization, endurance, and mobility.
2. module
Reformer Basic
Establishing foundational skills and mastering core Classical Pilates exercises.
3. module
Reformer Intermediate
Expanding the exercise repertoire with increased intensity, dynamics, and complexity.
4. module
Reformer Advanced
Advanced exercises, fluid transitions, and maximum control.
5. module
Final Exam
Written theory assessment and practical demonstration of personal practice and client instruction. The goal is to confirm mastery of the method and the ability to make independent, safe decisions as an instructor.
Who is this program for?
This program is intended for individuals who approach movement with professionalism and seek precision, structure, and clarity — whether aspiring to become instructors or refining existing knowledge through safe and precise Reformer practice.
Classical Method & Modern Insights
The program preserves the integrity of original exercises while integrating contemporary knowledge that enables understanding of client conditions and diagnoses.
Special emphasis is placed on assistance skills — instructor positioning, as well as verbal and manual correction of movement in real time.
Upon completion, participants receive certification and professionally prepared materials that serve as a permanent professional resource. Practical training is included in the program fee, comprising: Performing exercises, Teaching sessions to others/clients Observing other instructors’ classes Depending on availability, participants can complete all practice sessions at the PowerHouse studio.
