SANJA KOVAČEC
Sanja Kovačec is a certified Classical Pilates educator with over two decades of experience working with clients. Her training follows the authentic lineage of the method, having studied under Davorka Kulenović, a student of Romana Kryzanowska — the direct successor of Joseph Pilates. In addition to comprehensive certification across all levels and apparatus of the Classical Pilates system (Basic, Intermediate, Advanced, and High Advanced), she has continuously refined ..

The Reformer is the foundational Pilates apparatus. Its system of springs and moving carriage provides controlled resistance and support, enabling precise execution with emphasis on alignment, strength, and muscular length.
LADDER BARREL
The Ladder Barrel combines a ladder structure with a curved surface, creating ideal conditions for stretching, core strengthening, and enhancing spinal flexibility. It is particularly effective for developing stability and correcting posture.
ARM CHAIR
The Arm Chair is a specialized apparatus for upper-body conditioning, shoulder stability, and posture improvement. Controlled arm movements against spring resistance strengthen deep musculature and often-neglected back muscles.
MAT PILATES
