Infrared Sauna — Uses light to heat the body directly at lower, more comfortable temperatures. Benefits include stress reduction, muscle recovery, immune support and detoxification. Finnish Sauna — Classic dry heat with löyly (water poured on hot stones). Deep skin cleansing, intense detoxification, stress relief and cardiovascular benefits. A cultural ritual as much as a health practice.
Bio Sauna — Gentle lower-temperature sauna combining humidity with aromatics or coloured light, acting as a bridge between a traditional Finnish sauna and a steam bath. Ideal for those new to sauna or sensitive to intense heat. Improves circulation, detoxifies and supports skin health.
