THE SAUNA WORLD
Infrared Sauna — Uses light to heat the body directly at lower, more comfortable temperatures. Benefits include stress reduction, muscle recovery, immune support and detoxification. Regular sessions can improve cardiovascular health, lower blood pressure, reduce inflammation, and enhance skin health.
Finnish Sauna — Classic dry heat with löyly (water poured on hot stones). Deep skin cleansing, intense detoxification, stress relief and cardiovascular benefits. A cultural ritual as much as a health practice.
Bio Sauna — Gentle lower-temperature sauna combining humidity with aromatics or coloured light, acting as a bridge between a traditional Finnish sauna and a steam bath. Ideal for those new to sauna or sensitive to intense heat. Improves circulation, detoxifies and supports skin health.
